  Ingredients:

  • About 6 large thumbs of Ginger
  • 3 thumbs of Turmeric (about a 2:1 ratio to the amount of ginger used)
  • 6 Lemons
  • 4 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Black Pepper (to increase the bioavailability of turmeric)
  • 2 tablespoons XCT Oil (or MCT or Coconut Oil)
  • 1 pint Water

Method:

1. Peel your lemons, ginger and turmeric (can leave ginger and turmeric unpeeled, just make sure to wash properly).

2. Chuck in to your blender.

3. Add the black pepper, honey, water and XCT oil.

4. Blend until smooth and pour out as desired.

Perfect for making powerful little ginger and turmeric smoothie bombs to have at your convenience! I try to stick to about 3 half pints per day if I really want to get rid of my flu!
