The Tutti Frutti – The Best Grape and Berry Smoothie
If you’re feeling a bit wild and crazy try this explosive, delicious, best grape and berry smoothie! It’s bursting with flavour and packed with anti-inflammatories, antioxidants, iron, calcium, magnesium, copper, potassium, healthy fats (omega-3s, omega-6s, omega-9s, MCTs), vitamins A, B(B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9, B12), C, E, K… The perfect way to revitalize your mind, body and soul!
Recipe
Makes 2L

Ingredients:
- 3 Large handfuls of Spinach
- 500g Pack of dark seedless Grapes
- Handful of Strawberries
- Apple
- 2 Kiwis
- Handful of Raspberries
- Lemon
- 2 Passion Fruit
- Large thumb of Ginger
- ½ Pint Water
2 Tablespoons of:
- Maca Powder
- XCT Oil (or MCT or Coconut Oil)
(Optional) 1 Tablespoon of:
- Spirulina Powder
- Chlorella Powder
- Ashwagandha Powder
- Lion’s Mane Mushrooms
- Maringa Leaf Powder
Method:
1. Wash your ingredients.
2. Peel the lemon and kiwis. Pluck the grapes.

3. Chop the fruit and veg into chunks. Getting rid of any seeds and stalks.
(Somehow managed to forget to take a picture here lol!)
4. Chuck half of them into your blender.
5. Add the powders and the seeds.

6. Throw in the rest of your fruit and veg into the blender.
7. Add the XCT oil and water.

8. Mix until the consistency looks smooth.
9. When the shake looks smooth and creamy, detach from the blender and pour out as desired.
Perfect as a light, healthy breakfast for the family. Little smoothie bottles you can keep in your fridge and drink at your convenience. Or just pour into a large juice container and keep with you as something to sip on throughout the day or at the gym! A great way to keep your body full without the calories!

Or go crazy and add some more nuts, seeds, granola, raw cacao nibs or any extra fruit you might like and turn it into the best grape and berry smoothie bowl ever!
