Get a taste of the tropics with this delicious, best banana and pineapple smoothie. Packed with antioxidants, anti-inflammatories, magnesium, manganese, calcium, potassium, vitamin C and a host of B vitamins. A refreshing milkshake smoothie that’s bursting with flavour and goodness!
1. Peel the bananas and pineapple.
2. Chop the fruit and veg into chunks. Getting rid of any seeds and stalks.
3. Chuck them into the blender together with the cacao nibs.
4. Add the milk.
5. Mix until the consistency looks smooth.
6. When the shake looks smooth and creamy, detach from the blender and pour out as desired.
Perfect as a light, healthy breakfast for the family. Little smoothie bottles you can keep in your fridge and drink at your convenience. Or just pour into a large juice container and keep with you as something to sip on throughout the day or at the gym! A great way to keep your body full without the calories!
