  • 750ml Fat Free Cottage Cheese (250ml per serving)
  • 500g Frozen Mixed Smoothie Fruits

  • 3 Tablespoons Honey (1 per serving)

Method:

1. Pack the fruit, cottage cheese and honey into the blender.
