Makes 2L

Best Carrot Smoothie

  Ingredients:

  • Large handful Spinach
  • Large handful Kale
  • 3 Carrots
  • Apple
  • Pear
  • Uncooked Beetroot
  • 4 Plums
  • Lemon
  • Passion Fruit
  • Large thumb of Ginger
  • ½ Pint Water

2 Tablespoons of:

  • Maca Powder
  • Hemp Seeds
  • Chia Seeds
  • XCT Oil (or MCT or Coconut Oil)

1 Tablespoons of:

  • Spirulina Powder
  • Chlorella Powder
  • Ashwagandha Powder
  • Lion’s Mane Mushrooms

Method:

1. Wash your ingredients.

2. Peel the lemon. Cut off the ends of the beetroot and carrots. Deseed the plums.

3. Chop the fruit and veg into chunks.

4. Chuck half of them into your blender and scoop in the passion fruit.

5. Add the powders and the seeds.

6. Throw in the rest of your fruit and veg into the blender.

7. Add the XCT oil and water.

8. Mix until the consistency looks smooth.

9. When the shake looks smooth and creamy, detach from the blender and pour out as desired.

Perfect as a light, healthy breakfast for the family. Little smoothie bottles you can keep in your fridge and drink at your convenience. Or just pour into a large juice container and keep with you as something to sip on throughout the day or at the gym! A great way to keep your body full without the calories!
