The Berry Surprise – The best berry smoothie

Recipe
Makes 2L

Ingredients:
- 3 Large handfuls Spinach
- 2 Handfuls Blueberries
- Handful Blackberries
- 3 Handfuls Strawberries
- Kiwi
- Pink Lady Apple
- Lemon
- Large thumb of Ginger
- Passion Fruit
- Pint Water
2 Tablespoons of:
- Maca Powder
- Hemp Seeds
- Chia Seeds
- XCT Oil (or MCT or Coconut Oil)
1 Tablespoons of:
- Spirulina Powder
- Chlorella Powder
- Ashwagandha Powder
- Lion’s Mane Mushrooms
- Maringa Leaf Powder
Method:
1. Wash your ingredients.
2. Peel the lemon and kiwi. Remove the stems from the strawberries.
3. Chop the fruit and veg into chunks. Deseed the apple.

4. Chuck half of them into your blender.
5. Add the powders and the seeds.

6. Add the XCT oil and water.

7. Mix until the consistency looks smooth.
8. When the shake looks smooth and creamy, detach from the blender and pour out as desired.
Perfect as a light, healthy breakfast for the family. Little smoothie bottles you can keep in your fridge and drink at your convenience. Or just pour into a large juice container and keep with you as something to sip on throughout the day or at the gym! A great way to keep your body full without the calories or sugar!

Or go crazy and add some more nuts, seeds, granola, raw cacao nibs or any extra fruit you might like and turn it into the best berry smoothie bowl ever!
